Prime Minister Imran Khan visited three different locations where the government is providing relief to needy women. The Prime Minister paid visits to Kafalats in Mianwari and Rawalpindi and met the beneficiaries.
He also met the beneficiary of the Kafta in Rawalpindi. On December 3, 4 and 5, 2020, the Prime Minister will visit the Ehsaas Kafaalat site in Mianwari.
Applications for Ehsaas Kafaalat Programme are open

This is a positive move, and Imran Khan is clearly trying to help poor people. However, there is no denying that BISP was a popular program during the previous administration.
Ehsaas Program 35000 is currently delivering cash grants via mobile banking, through which beneficiaries can withdraw their monthly installments. In December 2010, the program was launched in five districts across the country.
Beneficiaries were given mobile sets that allow them to withdraw cash through these cards. Beneficiaries are notified of the availability of payment through an IVR or SMS. In addition, they must personally collect the payment from a franchise and present their CNIC.
Ehsaas Program 35000 has consulted various stakeholders for its new payment model, including the banking industry, branchless banking, telecom companies, 1 Link, NADRA, and the State Bank of Pakistan.

The prime minister of Pakistan has launched the Ehsaas Scholarship Program 2022. The scholarship is worth 50,000 to 200,000 USD per year, and 50% of the money goes to women.

The current phase of the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program 2021 will provide Rs. 12000 in financial aid to 1.2 million families. The programme was introduced to help the poorest segment of the society after the coronavirus pandemic.
It will be implemented from January 2022 to June 2022. In 2022, it will expand to include additional aid for special persons. Stipend payments will be distributed digitally and Ehsaas One Window Centers will be established in all districts. These centres will offer all Ehsaas Program 35000 services under one roof.
The application process is relatively simple. All applicants must submit their CNIC, mobile phone number and a form number to qualify for the program. Afterward, the government will send the funds to the beneficiary’s bank account.
If the woman meets the criteria, she will be given a cash amount of 12,000 rupees. The Ehsaas Program will be implemented in 2022.
The Prime Minister visited an Ehsaas Kafalat payment site near the homes of women who meet the program’s minimum criteria. He met the beneficiary PMs of Kafta Rawalpindi, Mianwari, and Tarnor.
